Dean was born to second generation PAOC missionaries in Zimbabwe, Southern Africa. They lived in Zimbabwe, Zambia, and South Africa. After his schooling, he came back to Canada and graduated from Eastern Pentecostal Bible College in 1976.
Dean and Wendy were married in 1975 and have 2 daughters, both married to pastors, and 4 teenage grandchildren.
They pastored for 29 years at Agincourt Pentecostal, Markham Pentecostal, and Oakville Evangel Church. From 2005 until the end of 2019, they gave leadership to Emmanuel Press in South Africa where Dean's parents had served for many years.
Dean is now serving as the Interim Pastor at CLC until a new lead pastor is appointed. He has travelled extensively, and loves sports of all kinds. He is enjoying CLC and hopes to connect with you while he is here briefly.
